Payment
In order to book a tour you need to pay 10% deposit from tour price.
In order to book an excursion you need to pay 1000 RUB per person as a deposit.
You can easily pay for all services of Baikal Vision by Western Union or Alipay.
The balance of the total price you need to pay by cash in the first day of your trip.
We accept Russian Ruble, US Dollar, Euro and RMB.
However if you want to pay in foreign currency the exchange rate will be considered in the following way:
USD or Euro: actual Google exchange rate "minus" 5 Rubles.
RMB: actual Google exchange rate "minus" 5 %.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a tour:
50-20 days before the tour starts, we will refund only 50% of the deposit;
19-10 days before the tour starts, we will refund only 30% of the deposit;
10 days before the tour starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel an excursion, the deposit is non-refundable.
