Payment
In order to book a tour, excursion or other service, you should pay a deposit (10% of a tour price, and 1000 RUB per person from an excursion price). You can easily pay for all services of Baikal Vision by bank card online (PayPal or Bank card transfer). At the same time, Baikal Vision never has access to the confidential information of your bank card. Any bank cards and electronic money are accepted for payment. The balance of the total price is paid by cash in the first day of your trip.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a trip 50-20 days before a trip beginning, we can refund you only 50% from your deposit. If you cancel a trip 19-10 days before a trip beginning, we can refund you only 30% from your deposit. If you cancel a trip 10 days before a trip beginning, the whole deposit is not refundable. Excursions deposit is not refundable.
